While working towards a Bachelor's degree in Entertainment Management at Missouri State University, Niya came across Never Stop Ent. during her college years on October 11, 2020. Despite encountering Academic Suspension during her sophomore year, she made a comeback and successfully completed her degree after spending a semester at a community college. Raised without the presence of her mother and grandmothers.
 
Niya's passion for sports was nurtured by her boy cousins, grandfather, uncle, and father. As Never Stop expanded, it began to unveil its deeper significance as individuals shared their own stories with athletes and learned to embrace their challenges. Presently, Never Stop offers coaching and motivational speaking services, providing valuable insights for achieving success in the entertainment industry, and more.
